About

Hi, I’m Ralph Jung, your friendly neighborhood tipster, bookmarklet enthusiast, and occasional ranter. Welcome to my personal blog, where I share life hacks and industry tips and tricks with my friends, family members and colleagues/industry peers.

By day, I’m deeply embedded in the localization and language industry, navigating the wild world of translation tools and services. By night, I’m your go-to guide for everything from nifty tech shortcuts to the somewhat obscure (but super useful) bookmarklets. Oh, and I might just be using this blog as a sneaky way to draft a book. Consider yourself an unwitting co-conspirator!

Why This Blog Exists

I’m frequently the go-to person when friends, family members, and colleagues run into tech troubles or need the latest trick to make their digital life easier. Since I’m often answering the same questions multiple times, I realized it would be a better idea to create a central hub where I could share all my hacks and how-tos. This blog is my way of scaling that advice, so instead of repeating myself, I can help an even bigger audience can benefit from the hacks and shortcuts I’ve been gathering over the years. Plus, now when someone asks, I can just point them here—efficiency at its finest!
